Over the last 2 years we’ve made four version of Sue’s Monster Burger:-

But no Beef and Chilli Burger. Omission corrected….

It seems dreadfully excessive for two of us but well be eating the remaining Burger cold today and the Chilli Sue made from the other half of the 500g minced Beef pack is a meal in its own right. All it needs is a bit of boiled Rice and we’re good to go….
